Throughout these years, he has benefited from the opportunity to hone his professional skills at high-profile boutique law practices in Spain, which has allowed him to advise both top-tier national and international clients, focusing especially on legal assistance in joint ventures, buying and selling of companies and assets, opening of subsidiaries and branches, partner and investment agreements, restructuring, as well as contracting in distribution, agency and franchise matters, and more in recent years contracting in the technological and Life Sciences field.

This personal journey is what has led him, this 2023, to establish his own firm, Lextelier, which he wants to represent a turning point in his career, from which to focus on quality advice in the emerging sectors with strong technological connotation, such as the blockchain environment, artificial intelligence and, in general, the digital transformation that is leading our society to the so-called Web3 at an ever-increasing pace.
